Like you, I too was tired of being on the diet merry-go-round.
However, I have finally and truly learned the secret to losing weight and keeping it off.
It is a simple skill that I have perfected over the years, something that I have learned
and can easily teach you, as I have others.You
see, like you, I was once over weight. Trying diet after diet, sometimes
successfully, sometimes not so successfully. Each and every time putting the weight back
on...... and then some.
All my life I was fighting to lose the weight.
As a child I was subject to all the mean and nasty
comments that hurt so much. "Fat Boy", "Fat" "Pit"
"Tubby", you say a name and I've been called it. Unlike
so many of you, as I aged I got lucky! I kind of grew out of being fat, or so I
thought.
Through out my 20's I did well, keeping my weight
down. I certainly was luckier than others. However, as I grew older I slowly started to
put weight on. Only a couple of pounds at a time. Eventually, at age 30, I had enough and
got on the dieting merry-go-round once again. I did great, lost 35 pounds. But over the
next couple years I put it back on and even more. Sound familiar!
I was tired of trying fad diets and spending big
bucks on diet meals, pills, gadgets, and tapes!
Hundreds, if not thousands, of ads promised me weight
loss! I wished someone would be straight with me? None were!
One day it dawned on me what I was doing
wrong. Why I couldn't win the weight loss battle!
As I started to research weight loss, I started to
remember the things I did as a young adult to lose weight that I didn't even think about
at the time, but more importantly I made several additional new
discoveries.
I did years of research on a method that would help me lose weight and then keep it off. I
was my own guinea pig.
What I learned was that there were many ways to lose
weight but only one way to keep it off. The way to keep it off was not difficult,
but one needs to learn it.
I learned that all the fad diets, all the quick
weight lose programs, all the "miracle pills", all had one thing in common too!
They don't last! You put the weight right back on, then some!
But you already know that, don't you?
Once I started to apply the techniques (techniques that I can
teach YOU) I started to quickly,
safely, and permanently lose weight.
